Superstructures - top entry
Slow rotating top agitators (low-speed) are standard applications for moving or keeping a fluid solution moving. There are several options, VOLTMAN provides a number of standard designs but also specializes in custom solutions.
This also applies to the fast rotating top agitators. These are used for dissolving liquids in liquids or solids (powder) in liquids.

Slow-running agitators - Low Speed
Slow rotating agitators are used for moving or keeping a liquid solution in motion. For shaft lengths longer than about 2000 mm, a bottom bearing will have to be applied. Below the specifications without bottom bearing:

Depending on the liquid / application and tank size, one or more mixing vanes will be mounted. This in consultation with the customer, a standard solution is not available. The shaft consists of tube 80 x 80 mm or 100 x 100 mm in stainless steel 304-L or stainless steel 316-L.
High-speed agitators - High Speed
Fast rotating agitators are used for dissolving liquids into liquids or solids (powdered) into liquids.
- Agitators are all double bearing in a special lantern piece
- Lantern piece of choice in aluminum or stainless steel 304-L
- Lantern piece up to and including 0.75 kW with square flange 120 x 120 mm with 4 holes (radius 9 mm) on 100 x 100 mm.
- Shaft made of stainless steel 304-L h9 round 5 mm.
- Lantern piece from 1.5 kW with square flange 250 x 250 mm with 4 holes (radius 9 mm) on 220 x 220 mm.
- Shaft made of stainless steel 304-L h9 round 30 mm. From 5.5 kW shaft radius 40 mm.
- Maximum shaft lengths approx. 2000 mm
- Mixing vane of choice: flat with raised wings or screw model mixing vane, standard stainless steel 304-L.
