Tanks with sub-mixing motor(s)
Stainless steel tanks with under-mixing engines are designed to, among other things:
- Mixing liquids into liquids
- Solids dissolve in liquids
VOLTMAN stainless steel mixers are developed and produced in-house. So a real VOLTMAN tank, with a choice of a standard version or a custom tank.
Standard mixers with bottom mixing motors are made for a capacity of 90 - 2000 liters. The small tanks of 90 - 300 liters are equipped with one bottom mixing motor 1 x 230V - 50Hz 0,25 kW 1400 rpm. The larger tanks from 500 - 2000 liters are executed with 2 or 3 premixing motors of 1,1 kW.
All stainless steel parts of VOLTMAN tanks are full bath pickled and passivated.
