Heating coils
VOLTMAN produces and supplies various heating coils that are applied in combination with our stainless steel tanks.
The VOLTMAN heating coil is connected to an external heat source (for example, a central heating or wood-fired system). This heat source determines the final temperature of the hot water tank.
Thanks to in-house production, we are flexible in sizing. We calculate customer-specific heating capacity requirements.
The coils operate according to the Tichelmann system. This principle is based on equal resistance of all connected elements in a flow circuit. The length and diameter of pipes play a major role in this. The advantage of the Tichelmann system is that you can make a good distribution system without too much control equipment and components.
